An Established Habitat Management and Restoration Company

Our Story

ACS Habitat Management, formerly Agri Chemical & Supply, Inc., is a species control and habitat restoration and enhancement company in San Diego County. We perform environmental services throughout San Diego County and Southern California, the Channel Islands of California, various Central and Northern California counties, and Arizona.

All our employees undergo a government background check and are registered with DBIDS. This allows our workforce to access military installations as required.

Meet Our Team

Greg Omori

President

Greg Omori has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He provides oversight for the different aspects of large-scale invasive weed treatment and habitat enhancement projects.

Greg is a California Department of Pesticide Regulation Pest Control Advisor and holds a Qualified Applicator License and a California Contractor’s C-27 License.

Gary Omori

Vice President/Site Safety Health Officer

Gary Omori is responsible for designing and implementing safety programs for ACS and ensuring that our field efforts utilize sustainable methods.

Gary Omori has completed OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Safety Training programs and is a licensed agricultural crop advisor.

Skyler Bishop

Operations Officer

Skyler Bishop has been with ACS for more than fifteen years and is the lead project manager for our habitat restoration efforts and invasive weed control projects.

He secures permits and rights of entry permissions, and as an experienced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) specialist, he also provides oversight for our data management. 

Graydon Dill

Program Director

Graydon Dill is our lead plant biologist who has extensive experience in detailed plant surveys throughout the state of California.

Graydon also has water quality data collection and monitoring experience and is responsible for calibrating equipment, collecting samples, and submitting lab samples for analysis.

John Shockley

Field Director

John Shockley has more than 25 years of experience in invasive weed control and landscape maintenance. He manages the company’s day-to-day labor force logistics and oversees crew supervisors.

With extensive background in irrigation and native plant restoration, he is responsible for designing restoration watering strategies and maintenance.

Tracy Omori

Office Manager

Tracy Omori has been with ACS for more than 20 years and serves as the firm’s office manager.

She oversees customer accounts, accounts payable and receivable, and contract administration. Tracy also manages the company’s human resources and payroll.

Field Crew, Technicians, and Equipment Operators

Our expertly trained field supervisors, equipment operators, and field technicians have extensive experience in working on diverse and challenging projects in many habitat types. With their skills and knowledge of weed control, native planting, erosion control, tractor operation, and many other tasks, they can provide specialized services for even the most challenging projects.
