San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) Cleveland National Forest Power Line Replacement Project Post-Construction Restoration Services, San Diego County, CA
ACS served as subcontracting implementation partner for SDG&E to collect native seed and plant materials from a variety of habitats within Cleveland National Forest. ACS crews leveraged their keen knowledge of native plant identification to assist in collecting thousands of pounds of native seed material over many growing seasons to support post-construction restoration activities on USFS (United States Forest Service) land.

United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Santa Ana River Flood Control Project Mitigation Site
ACS was contracted by USACE to mitigate for impacts to riparian and other floodplain habitat caused by the Santa Ana River Mainstem Flood Control Project (SARP). A broad array of restoration services was provided with significant emphasis placed on the establishment of native riparian habitat following a non-native plant species eradication effort. ACS leaned heavily on native plant material salvage and propagation techniques to successfully meet the USACE’s native cover requirements.
